Return & Refund Policy

The simple version

At Weave of War, we want you to enjoy your miniatures and accessories. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • ✅ You can return items within 14 days if they’re unused and in original condition.

  • ✅ If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll sort it out at no cost to you.

  • ❌ Custom/pre-trimmed cloaks, digital goods, and final sale items can’t be returned unless faulty.

  • 💷 Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

  • 🚚 You cover return postage unless we made a mistake.

The legal version

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Weave of War (www.weaveofwar.com). It is designed to comply with UK and EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or letter) within 14 days of delivery.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., pre-trimmed cloaks)

  • Perishable or digital goods

  • Clearance / final sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Standard delivery charges (the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer) are refundable if you cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Upgraded delivery services (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable service for your return.
